Warren Lentz

Warren Lentz is the CEO and co-founder of TalentX Entertainment. In 2015, Warren joined Fullscreen to run talent for AT&T’s youth marketing campaign Hello Lab. After helping to develop, cast, produce and manage over 20 original influencer-driven shows he went on to lead Fullscreen’s Creator Partnerships team in their talent organization working with hundreds of creators. Warren’s prior experience as a Producer and Talent Lead at Yahoo Studios and three-year stint at WME makes him a seasoned expert in talent management, brand campaign activations, marketing, operations, and creating meaningfully messaged content. Warren has a passion for the convergence of Silicon Valley and Hollywood. He grew up in Illinois, has five younger siblings, and graduated from Northwestern University.

Josh Richards

Josh Richards is an accomplished actor, musician, and social media star who began his career in entertainment from a very young age. Josh is also a co-founder and special advisor to the executive team at TalentX Entertainment. After being cast in his first movie, “Brother’s Keeper”, Josh began creating short videos on TikTok for fun and quickly gained success on the app. Soon after, Josh joined the acclaimed viral collective, SwayLA, in late 2019. Josh has now amassed an incredible following of 27.1M+ fans across all his social platforms. Josh continues to collaborate with the top 1% of creators and personalities in the game and remains focused on growing his highly engaged audience. Josh is currently working on adapting his Youtube format into a weekly podcast, is recording new music, and is developing his first animated show.

Gavin Rudolph

Gavin Rudolph serves as TalentX’s VP of Music, and has been with the company since its inception. Having grown up in it, Gavin has been studying the music industry all his life and began to work in entertainment when he was a teenager. He attended Syracuse University’s Martin Bandier Program for Music and the Entertainment Industries, but left before he could graduate to work full time for Maverick Management. There, Rudolph worked with the team that managed artists such as Britney Spears, Aerosmith, and Ty Dolla $ign, aiding them in managing, developing, and growing their roster. Since joining TalentX, Gavin has put together a one-of-a-kind music department that partners our creators with the biggest companies in music, and elevates their careers to the next level.

Unpopular Opinion: Arrowhead is far and away the best bottled water.

Bree Shepherd

Brianna (Bree) Shepherd grew up in Orange County & she earned her degree from California State University, Fullerton where she studied Entertainment & Film. Before TalentX, Bree was a part of the Brand Studio team at Fullscreen working with brands such as: AT&T, Mattel / Hot Wheels, Best Buy. Her role encompassed securing talent, while also handling creative, production & execution for multi-platform social media campaigns. With her expertise in brand partnerships, creative eye & passion for the the digital landscape, Bree brings a a unique skill set to the TalentX team and is excited to continue to work alongside so many other amazing people.

Aly Treuhaft

Aly Treuhaft was born and raised in the Bay Area. She made her way down to Southern Califronia and attended Loyola Marymount University, where she received a degree in Business Marketing in 2019. Her fascination with the ever-progressing and hard working nature of the digital marketing industry brought her to TalentX. She is extremely grateful to have been a part of the company’s growth from its early beginnings.

Sarah McKendrick

Sarah McKendrick recently graduated from the University of South Carolina where she earned a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. A New Orleans native, Sarah found herself in Los Angeles when she was the Program Director for the Entertainment Management program for the National Student Leadership Conference. She made connections that lead her to an internship with Select Management Group, and then eventually to working for Maxwell Mitcheson at A3 Artists Agency. Sarah is thrilled to grow with the TalentX team.

Tal Fishman

Tal Fishman started creating digital content as a hobby at just 17 years old. He quickly realized the power of social media and other various video platforms from a young age. By 19, Tal had amassed a following of 8 million people on YouTube and Instagram combined. Then just 3 years later, Tal grew his following to over 24.5 million followers across his various social media platforms and continues to get half a billion views on Facebook, and averages hundreds of millions of views on YouTube and Instagram constantly. In late 2019, Tal co-founded TalentX with Jason Wilhelm, Michael Gruen, Josh Richards, and Warren Lentz. Tal has funded TalentX since it’s very inception and is focused on solving the problem of poor management for digital content creators based on his own past experience.

Maxwell Mitcheson

Maxwell Mitcheson serves as the VP & Head of Talent at TalentX where he oversees the team of managers and full roster of creators in launching brands and helping them monetize their platforms. He started his career at ICM Partners, one of the big four talent agencies, where he worked his way up in the Global Branded Entertainment Division, securing celebrity talent lucrative endorsement deals. In seeing that the future was digital, he pivoted into the startup business in helping them scale and grow to acquisition. He was an early employee at Snapchat ad-tech and influencer marketing agency, Naritiv (acquired by Hootsuite), as well as being heavily entrenched in the YouTube space working at Gen-Z media giant AwesomenessTV (acquired by ViacomCBS). He returned to his roots in representation as an agent at A3 Artists Agency in the Digital & Branding Division where he represented some of the top digital creators as well as built traditional-digital crossover for celebrity talent. While at A3, he spearheaded the TikTok initiative, signing some of the top creators on the platform. He was named one of Business Insiders Top Agents in Digital in 2019 and 2020. Mitcheson grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia.

Diomi Cordero

Diomi Cordero earned his Master’s Degree from The Berklee College of Music, where he studied Music Business. During his college years Diomi worked with YouTube sensation “The Janoskians”, and Parkwood Entertainment. Before joining Talent X, Diomi managed viral social media star “Lil Tay”, and worked with creators such as Amanda Cerny, Jake Paul, Blame it on Kway & many more. Diomi is very grateful to be part of such an incredible team with so many amazing people.


Unpopular Opinion: The real villains in “The Devil Wears Prada” were Andrea’s friends and boyfriend.

Frankie Ray

Frankie Ray moved from Massachusetts to California after receiving his BSBA from Bryant University. Since then, Frankie has made moves in the digital, philanthropic, and entertainment space. Before TalentX, he worked on theatrical productions with Mirror Image Films along with managing talent in the space. When he’s not working, Frankie enjoys attending music festivals, working on his fitness, and sailing.

Nick Schlegel

Nick Schlegel grew up in Westchester County, New York. He recently graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 where he majored in Economics. While pursuing his degree, Nick took several internships at major record labels such as Atlantic Records, and Interscope, where he found a passion for talent management and digital marketing. Nick has been with TalentX since the very beginning and is excited to work alongside many industry leaders on the team.

Cristina Iglesias

Cristina Iglesias earned her Bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Communication and Psychology, and graduated with Honors. After graduating in 2018, Cristina began working as an Event and Marketing Coordinator for a local Santa Barbara EDM music venue, as well as an assistant for Insomniac Events’ VIP Department. In 2019, Cristina moved to LA after landing an assistant position at UTA where she gained experience in producing large-scale events, brand partnerships, and digital talent. Cristina loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and is excited to work with the TalentX team.

Jason Wilhelm

As the co-founder of TalentX Entertainment and CEO of TalentX Gaming (TXG), Jason Wilhelm was originally headed for law school and a career in the FBI and eventually, politics. However, his love of gaming and his keen business skills led him into the world of entertainment, Esports, and helping launch one of the fastest-growing talent management firms in the country. Wilhelm launched a successful YouTube channel in 2011, uploading Call of Duty gaming content as a hobby. At the same time, he worked several part time jobs – one of which involved buying and selling collectibles at Comic Cons. From that job, Wilhelm learned that he loved the art of sales and negotiation. With Tal Fishman, Wilhelm launched Collective Entertainment, LLC, a full-service management company and talent incubator. In just one year, the pair executed over $3 million in deals and partnerships for their talent. In late 2019, Wilhelm and Fishman expanded the Collective Entertainment vision into TalentX Entertainment with the motto “Creator first.” Through TalentX, Wilhelm is realizing his vision of a talent management firm that’s not only designed for creators; it’s one that’s led by creators.

Michael Senzer

Prior to joining Talent X, Michael Senzer was an agent in the Digital and Alternative division at The Gersh Agency where he focused on multi-hyphenate talent and digital disruptors. Senzer led efforts to introduce emerging platforms, secure meaningful partnerships and bolster the agency’s digital roster. His work includes closing numerous deals with Blue-Chip brands and buyers, such as Amazon, Google, Dolce & Gabbana, Portal A and Facebook, while also securing the Agency’s first TikTok partnership. In early 2019, Senzer crossed over into the Global Branding division which oversees traditional partnerships that range from commercials, endorsements, social media, digital content, voice-over and brand-associated charitable opportunities. Initiating the transition to Global Branding included negotiating deals for many of the agency’s prolific digital clients. This list includes Colleen Ballinger (Miranda Sings), Ariel Martin (Baby Ariel), Nick Uhas, Devin Graham (DevinSuperTramp), Harley Morenstein, Andrew Schulz, Kalani Hilliker and various other high-profile talent. At Talent X, he leads Business Development by strategically scaling the existing roster, signing new clients, and leveraging the company’s valuable IP across the entire media landscape.

Sam Ball

Samantha Ball grew up in Long Island, New York and went to Indiana University. Sam moved over to Talent X after five years at Endeavor. At WME, she focused on talent representation as well as packaging and selling TV projects across multiple categories including reality, sports, news and talk shows. At Endeavor Content (the content arm of Endeavor) Sam worked on the team that was behind the sales of documentary projects from Rihanna, Jonas Brothers, Beastie Boys and more.

Cassandra Couwenberg

Cassandra Couwenberg graduated from Syracuse University where she earned degrees in Television/Radio/Film/ and Music Industry. Cass began managing musical artists 4 years ago. Post graduation, she left her home state of New Jersey to move to Los Angeles after years of working in music. Cass was drawn to the fast paced and ever changing sphere of social media, and transitioning her management and marketing skills to work with digital creators at TalentX. Prior to working at TalentX, Cass held positions at Written On Time, Black Box Music Marketing, and Paradigm Talent Agency.

Unpopular Opinion: Ketchup is an acceptable topping for pasta.

Lida Clapp

Lida Clapp recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Communication as well as a degree in NGOs and Social Change. Originally from Boston, Lida fell in love with the Los Angeles lifestyle and has developed a strong passion for the digital entertainment industry. Having interned at Fullscreen under Warren Lentz and Elana Moline, Lida is thrilled to be a part of the TalentX team and continue to expand her knowlege about the industry from the many digital pioneers on the team.

Unpopular Opinion: Pineapple on pizza is the best kind of pizza.

Elana Moline

Elana earned a Business Law Bachelor’s Degree from the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and promptly began her career in Entertainment at Fox Broadcast Company and The StoryLab. She then went on to work on the Creator Partnerships team at Fullscreen, a leading digital entity that specializes in digital content strategy and creative brand services. Elana was responsible for strategizing with innovative brands and top digital talent to create meaningful content partnerships. Wanting to explore talent respresentation and new emerging platforms Elana joined TalentX to build a roster of multi-platform all-star talent. At TalentX, Elana focuses on signing and developing talent in various verticals, specializing in YouTube content strategy, cross-platform growth, and overall creator partnerships.

Sean Stewart

Sean Stewart studied Media Communications at Depaul University and got his start in the industry managing musicians and comedians in Chicago while attending school. After graduating, he started in the touring department at ICM Partners and moved to The Gersh Agency where he was promoted to agent focusing on comedy touring and TV development in animation. Before joining TalentX as Digital Talent Director, Sean was a Talent Agent at Gersh where he worked with social media stars such as Kurtis Conner, Nick Colletti, Cherdleys, Blake Webber, comic/actress Jade Catta Preta as well as ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ star Corrinne Olympios. In his current role, Sean manages all of TalentX’s touring initiatives and develops our existing talent while finding the next age of digital superstars.

Janice Nyam

Janice Nyam earned her Bachelors Degree from Pepperdine University where she studied Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). In her final semester, she landed an internship at Buchwald, a full service talent agency offering representation in every area of the entertainment industry. Before assuming the role of Executive Assistant to our CEO, Warren Lentz, Janice worked as a mailroom trainee at Gersh and a contract executive assistant at CAA, STARZ, and Lionsgate TV. She is proud of her Cameroonian nationality and is fascinated by the process of developing TV Shows.
